I have been a Personal Trainer since 2006. During that time, I have committed to educating myself to better serve my diverse range of clients. From sports specific training, injury rehabilitation, weight loss to Pre and Post Natal.
Watching clients develop strength and movement patterns they thought they could never achieve or regain is the best part of my work. Coming from a dance background, I spent years rebuilding my own strength from old injuries. Being stronger now in my 40’s than I ever was in my 20’s and 30’s has only come about from constantly upskilling. I am now a trainer and assessor for the Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. I teach and mentor up and coming trainers to the industry. Passing on knowledge is my goal and why I do what I do.
